At a glance, the formula for Harvest Trust Holidays appears simple. In fact, a great deal of thought and planning goes into each holiday so the children get the most out of the experience.

Each day they are taken out by the Harvest Trust childrens workers who draw on our years of experience to create the right formula for a beneficial holiday.

The Trust Centre is close to Cardigan Bay which has some of the finest clean and sandy beaches in Wales. The children spend a lot of time building sand castles and searching through rock pools. They can discover the fun in flying kites, splashing in the surf and getting sand in their sandwiches!

They go for walks along the coastline to spot seals and dolphins, or along the riverbank. There's a day at a nearby Farm Park to see the animals, milk a cow and bottle feed the baby goats.

The atmosphere we create is stable, secure and relaxed. In the evenings there are games to play and a purpose designed playroom funded by the National Lottery. There's an adventure trail through our own 8 acre woodland with a small stream to splash in - an ideal place to play in freedom and safety. It's no surprise that no-one misses the television!
